Manatees in the Mangrove Medium

Wyland and Florida artist Stephen Muldoon create a seamless blend of paradise in their newest collaborative work, “Manatees in the Mangroves.” By fusing their styles together on vibrant metal, the two artists summon forth a breathtaking vision of two Florida manatees bathing in the gently fading light. “I spend as much time in the Florida Keys as a I can,” says Wyland. “It’s a personal sanctuary for me, but it takes on an even higher sense of importance for the amazing array of marine life it harbors.
